![]() In the mornings, I drink the glass of water right away (if I didn’t drink it during the night), and it’s a good way to start hydrating right away. I’ve found that if I wake up in the middle of the night, I’m usually thirsty and need the water. ![]() Right now, I’m working on remembering to bring a glass of water to bed with me. There are so many things I’d LOVE to add to my evening routines, but I try to be realistic about my energy levels so I won’t burn out. I know this goes against almost everything you’ve heard about what you should do to keep your house tidy, but this works for me and I’m sticking with it. I usually do a little cleaning up in the kitchen if I have the energy, but as long as I have the dishwasher running, I’m okay with my kitchen being a little messy.
